The Cab to perform “Whisper War” in it’s entirety

The Cab have been inactive as of lately while recording a new full length album. More information about the album will be released in due time.

To hold fans over until Symphony Soldier drops, the band have announced they will be performing Whisper War in it’s entirety. Read an official statement from the band below.

Hello Symphony Soldiers!!

We know it’s been a long time since you’ve heard from us. But rest assured, this is going to be a big year, and we can’t wait to share with you, all that we have been working on. It means the world to have your support, and humbled that you care enough to organize “The Cab Day.” We love you guys!

Wanted to let you know we are doing a special show at the Glass House in Pomona, CA on Friday, April 29. For the first time ever, we will be playing our album “Whisper War” in its entirety, top to bottom. Some of these songs, we have never played live before, and may not be playing again for a long time… It’s a once in a lifetime event, it’s going to be epic, and we can’t wait to see all your faces. The Cab

Ian Crawford, whom currently plays guitar for Panic! at the Disco, will be playing guitar on The Cab’s new album, Symphony Soldier.

Crawford left The Cab to pursue different musical interests in June 2009 to pursue other musical interests, but still on good terms with the band. Do you think Ian will be officially joining the band again?

Alexander Deleon, frontman of The Cab, has posted some new lyrics on his blog. The song will be featured on the band’s upcoming 2011 release, Symphony Soldier. You can read the lyrics at this link or check below:
